Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days (this excludes Sundays and holidays). There
are exceptions of longer processing time only during peak seasons. Once order is handed to
the courier company, delivery time may vary between 3 – 7 working days. This depends
on the courier company; we do not have any control over delivery time and date.

Order Updates
When we receive your order, you will be notified of every process the order will be going
through. That is preparing, packaging, dispatching, and then transit.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message.
You can track your order at the courier website.
