account (EFT Electronic Funds Transfer) 2) Using a secure paygate for payment – Payfast. - Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
A: Any order can be changed or cancelled before you do a payment. - Do you offer discounts or promotional codes?
A: Any discounts or promotional codes will be communicated on our social media platforms and
through our subscribed customers.
Shipping and Delivery
- What are shipping options and costs?
A: Our shipping option is currently door delivery at a current flat rate of R100 for parcel at or less
than 5kg. - How long will it take to receive my order?
A: The courier delivery time is 2-5 working days. - Do you offer international shipping?
A: We do not offer international shipping. - Can I track my order?
