Refund and Returns Policy

At InZone Boutique, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure a smooth shopping
experience with us, please be sure to familiarize yourself with our Exchange and No Refund policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

• Once a purchase is made, it cannot be refunded. There is a 3-day size
  exchange period from the time received. Returned items must be unused, in
  its original package and tags still intact.
• This policy applies to all items sold in our store, including sales and clearance
  items.

2. Size and Fit Issues

• We recommend checking our size guide before finalizing a purchase
• No Refunds are provided for size or fit issues.

3. Store payment options

• We offer a 2 months lay-by payment option
• The customer is to receive purchased items once the final and second-month
  payment is made.
• Failure to comply with the payment terms and the second payment not done
  within the due date may result in forfeiting any payment done prior.
• When the lay-by terms are not honored, we may have to cancel the lay-by
  order.
